Hey!
Hey!
I'm Tristan
My name is Tristan Spratt and I'm fascinated by intelligence and its building-blocks. How does the an ordinary-looking organ in our heads paint such beautifully complex pictures of the world? Why haven't we found anything else in the universe with our level of consciousness? Will my landlord notice the dent I made in the living room wall? What are the coolest sounds to make? All these questions live in my brain rent free, and I am determined to answer them.
I graduated from Tufts University in 2021 with a B.S in Cognitive Brain Sciences and a B.A. in Music, Sound and Culture, and I just completed a Master's in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Neuroengineering at Columbia University. I have worked in research labs at Harvard and Columbia, where I honed my skills in computational neuroscience and machine learning, exploring the intersection of biological and artificial intelligence.
I am now seeking full-time positions in the field of AI to apply what I've learned in the classrooms to tackle our generation's biggest challenges.
Oh and I have other normal hobbies too like music, sports, and eating food.
